This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. I'll never forget how the staff helped return my headphones. For a cozy stay, I highly recommend it! Coming back for a romantic escape.

I had a quaint night here. the room was clean with everything in working order, and I could walk my dog right out the sliding glass door. Yet, I noticed some litter and dog waste around. Still, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. It's truly a mixed bag of experiences!

Empty pet clean-up dispensers are a letdown!!! Tornado alarm without proper instructions is unsettling!!! Wi-Fi connection issues in the room make it frustrating to work!!! Some areas could really use an update!!!

A cozy getaway with charm

The location was impeccable, with an abundance of dining options nearby. The room was cozy and clean, and the friendly staff made the check-in process a breeze.

However, the cleanliness of the exterior left much to be desired, with trash around the building. Also, the sliding door to the balcony was quite difficult to operate.

The hotel offered a clean room and a very friendly staff, making for an enjoyable experience. However, the carpet was quite dirty and the shower had some mold. Breakfast was decent, but the overall ambiance was a bit dated and could use improvement.

Check-in felt disorganized due to the rude staff at the front desk. They only offered me 2 extra towels and made it clear not to ask for more. The room had a musty odor. It included a fridge, but it didn't keep things cold enough. Air conditioning worked well, but the bathroom was cramped with no counter space. My door lock felt insecure, adding to concerns about safety. However, the bed itself was comfortable and offered some relief after a long day.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The bedding was clean, and the room was comfortable. I appreciated the nice breakfast spread. The location was convenient for local attractions. Overall, a pleasant stay! 😊

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We explored the local attractions and enjoyed chilling by the pool. The place is clean and quiet, perfect for a group getaway. The breakfast spread was a nice touch and the staff was friendly and helpful.

However, we faced some issues with the breakfast service. One morning, the pancake machine was acting up, which left a few of us disappointed.

Cleanliness was a concern. I found a long hair in the sink and slices of cheese left in the fridge, casting doubt on the thoroughness of the cleaning process. The furniture felt dated with worn pillows and bedding, and the curtains couldn’t block the outside floodlight, making it difficult to sleep. Plus, the absence of hangers and paper tissues in the room was a minor inconvenience that should’ve been addressed.

It was just a proper fit for a brief visit in Joplin with outstanding value. The balcony room was nice for some fresh air in the morning. Make sure to check the room amenities when you arrive.
